TABLE OF CONTENTS

Once you've uploaded your contacts to MeetPAT, you'll be able to access your dashboard, to see a visualisation of your data.

You can view your dashboard from the home page, (1) or by using the navigation menu (A) from any internal page.

Dashboard At A Glance

The first time you load your dashboard, you'll see the following:

  1. Progress Indicator: This will show when we're processing your records for the first time after any upload. Depending on how many records there are, it might take a little time.

  2. Contact Total: This shows the number of contacts represented in the current view. As you filter or segment your data, this number will change to reflect the number of contacts in that segment.

  3. You can "apply" or "reset" your filters here, or view the Dashboard settings.

  4. Data visualisations of the uploaded contacts show here for each metric.

  5. The "filter" button allows you to filter based on any information detected in the relevant field.  Click the button to select the segments you'd like to filter data by. (Once filters have been selected, you'll need to click "apply" (3) in order to re-load the data with the relevant filters applied.)

Filtering Your Data

Clicking on the "filter" button will open a menu from which you can select the data under that metric. (1)

In this case, we have selected to filter the data according to people's provincial location.

Once you have selected your criteria, click "Apply Filters" (2) to filter the data.

To apply a second filter, click on the relevant metric and select those criteria as well. (3)

Selected filters are displayed in the "Settings" bar on the right, along with the number of contacts to which the filter will be applied. (4)

Data will only be filtered once you have clicked the "Apply" button. (5)

Once you apply the filters shown in the image above, the Dashboard will re-load, showing only data about people in Gauteng, and the Western Cape who also live in Randburg or Sandton.

You can see in the image below, only 9.8k contacts matched all those criteria, (6) and that most of them are located in Bryanston. (7)

All remaining data is shown only according to it's relevance to the result of the applied filter. (1)

To remove a filter, click the "X" next to the filter name in the side-bar, and re-apply.

Saving Audiences

Once you have filtered your data set to show you only the data you're specifically interested in (for this audience), you can click the "Save Audience" button. (1)

This will save the contacts who match the selected criteria, (in the case of the example below, these are people between the age of 30-59 (A), who are Male (B), and whose marital status is "Married" (C) ) to a list.

Please note: These lists cannot be downloaded. They can only be uploaded directly into your Google Ads or Facebook account and cannot be accessed by anybody. All data is encrypted and anonymised.
